Meal of the Day


Shrimp & Pasta Salad

1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. Princess House® Pure Grapeseed Oil, divided
1 Tbsp. Princess House® Savory Garlic & Herb Blend
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels (cut from 3 ears) or frozen, thawed
1 1/4 lbs. plum tomatoes, chopped
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz. wheat penne pasta, freshly cooked
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Pavillion™ Large Pasta Bowl

Whisk together 1/4 cup Pure Grapeseed Oil, Savory Garlic & Herb Blend, vinegar, basil and garlic in Large Pasta Bowl. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. Pure Grapeseed Oil in 10" Sauté Pan over medium heat. Add corn and sauté 3 minutes. Transfer corn to bowl with dressing. Add tomatoes, shrimp, pasta and cheese to bowl and toss to blend. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 6.
