Spring Salad with Fruit and Nuts

1 5-oz. package spring greens
3/4 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 large fresh avocado, sliced
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
4 oz. light raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Princess Heritage® Footed Serving Bowl

Toss spring mix, strawberries, walnuts and golden raisins in Footed Serving Bowl. Top with avocado and blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing just prior to serving. Serves 4.

Father's Day Breakfast


Ham & Cheese Layered Casserole

8 bread slices, 3/4" thick
1 cup chopped ham
2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend, divided
3 large eggs
2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. each garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
Fantasia® Square Baker

Place 4 bread slices in lightly greased baker. Sprinkle with ham and 1 cup of cheese. Top with remaining bread slices. In a bowl, stir together eggs and next four ingredients; pour over bread. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
